Maria is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is an active participant in Schreyer for Women, Women in IST, and Gamma Tau Phi. In her free time, Maria likes to play volleyball and read.

Erica Fleming is the Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning in the College of IST. She runs both the Learning Assistant and Peer Tutoring programs in the college. In addition to her role in IST, she is also a Ph.D. candidate in Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education. She lives in Bellefonte with her family and enjoys hiking, knitting, and reading in her spare time.

He is originally from a town around 20 minutes from Pittsburgh, PA, called Bridgeville, PA. Rithik is involved with being an IST Peer Tutor and becoming a future Resident Assistant on campus. In his free time, Rithik enjoys nature, video games, and spending much time with his Goldendoodle, Syah.
