Erica Fleming is the Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning in the College of IST. She runs both the Learning Assistant and Peer Tutoring programs in the college. In addition to her role in IST, she is also a Ph.D. candidate in Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education. She lives in Bellefonte with her family and enjoys hiking, knitting, and reading in her spare time.

Aamani Sharma

Aamani is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Technology Integration at Penn State, complemented by a Business Competency Certificate and a minor in Engineering Leadership Development. Actively engaged on campus, she serves as a Resident Assistant, Senior Advisor to the Nittany AI Student Society, and an Undergraduate Recruiting Specialist for the College of Information Sciences and Technology, among other roles. Outside of her responsibilities, Aamani enjoys weightlifting and pushing the boundaries of her daily caffeine intake.
